We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This roleWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Supported Housing to lead the operational delivery and development of our national supported housing services.This is a leadership role with accountability for a large, geographically dispersed portfolio, overseeing specialist housing management services and supporting customers with a wide range of needs including homelessness, mental health, learning disabilities and asylum seekers/refugees. You will shape and deliver strategic plans, ensuring services are high-quality, compliant and customer-focused, while driving performance across key customer, colleague, commercial and compliance metrics.
