Help Desk Support Executive Epworth (DN9) - Office Based, 5 Days/Week £25,000-30,000 Base + Growing Tech Business

We're hiring Help Desk Support Executives to join a fast-growing tech business that's transforming how organisations manage their workforce. With a strong product roadmap, rapid customer growth, and a clear focus on service excellence, this is a great opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your support career.

You'll be part of a friendly, high-performing Help Desk Team delivering 1st Line Support (and potentially some 2nd Line) across both a Chatbot and core platform. With hands-on training, career progression, and the chance to build technical depth over time, this is a fantastic move for someone who's smart, ambitious, and ready to grow.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver 1st Line Support across Chatbot and platform, resolving a wide range of user queries
  • Escalate technical issues as needed and work closely with the wider support and development teams
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements
  • Provide friendly, responsive, and effective support to our growing customer base
  • Learn our product inside out and grow your technical skills through mentoring and exposure
What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, support, or a help desk role
  • A strong communicator with a helpful, people-first attitude
  • Someone with the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical systems
  • Organised, reliable, and keen to work in a fast-moving environment
  • A dynamic and ambitious mindset—you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly
