Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the HR Business Partner team within a leading manufacturing organisation in Springtown. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience who can confidently support Managers with HR processes, ER procedures, and payroll administration. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their experience within a busy and supportive HR environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner team Carry out general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Prepare standard HR documents and letters using templates Ensure document management is compliant with data protection requirements Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries Support the organisation of meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly Assist with note-taking and maintaining HR records Contribute to short-term projects or wider organisational initiatives Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information What We Offer A supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities to gain experience within HR Training and development opportunities
