HR M&A Lead | Flexible: Midlands or Northwest

I’m searching for an experienced HR professional with strong end‑to‑end M&A experience to support a highly acquisitive business.

You’ll lead the people workstream across the full deal cycle — due diligence, Day‑1 readiness, integration, organisation design and cultural alignment. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance and Operations, so strong relationship‑building skills and commercial awareness are essential.

Ideal experience includes:

• Multiple M&A processes of different scales

• Strong TUPE and consultation experience

• Reward/benefits alignment and HRIS/payroll integration exposure

• Ability to work at pace through ambiguity

• Financial services background is beneficial but not essential
