The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll partner with a number of business divisions, working closely with leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans that support organisational objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping leaders build engaged, capable, and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver effective people plans
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations matters
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities for your business areas
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives
  • Use HR data and insights to support informed people decisions
  • Deliver learning and development initiatives and identify future capability needs
  • Drive employee engagement activities and help create a positive workplace culture
  • Support performance management and the development of high-performing teams
  • Ensure HR policies and processes remain legally compliant and aligned to best practice
  • Lead and contribute to a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in both operational and strategic HR
  • Previous experience in a true HR Business Partner role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience managing recruitment activity and external suppliers
  • Strong analytical and HR systems capability.
  • An excellent communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
  • Relationship-focused and quick to build trust
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
  • Passionate about developing people and helping teams succeed
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across the wider business
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and positive change
