\n\nHere at GXO, we’re proud to be a Tier One partner to NNB at Hinkley Point C, supporting once of the UK’s most significant nuclear energy projects. We manage critical warehousing and transportation services, keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.
\n\nAs an HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service across the site. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping to drive performance, engagement, and a positive workplace culture aligned to GXO’s values.
\n\nThis is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00, with the ability to work-from-home 1 day per week.
\n\nPay, benefits and more:
\n\nWe’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
