What you'll be doing
Join our Corporate Affairs and Communications team.We're the storytellers, connectors and collaborators of Anglian Water - helping people understand what we do, why it matters and the impact we have across our region. As Insight Lead within our Corporate Affairs and Communications team, you'll help the organisation make better, evidence-led decisions by translating research, audience understanding and data into clear, practical communications insight.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of communications insight activity that supports Corporate Affairs priorities in AMP8 (our current five-year regulatory and business planning period), helping colleagues anticipate emerging risks and opportunities and make informed choices.

You'll be an experienced communications and insight professional who is confident working across multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.
You'll also demonstrate:
* Significant experience working in a similar insight, communications or strategic role.
* Experience of research, insight and stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to translate complex priorities into clear insight briefs, outputs and practical recommendations.
* Confidence building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues.
* The ability to challenge constructively and manage expectations using evidence-based recommendations.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding and experience of coordinated strategic communications.
