About You

You are a highly skilled TIG welder and fabricator who has spent time in the heat of motorsport manufacturing. You know your way around exotic materials (Titanium, Stainless Steel) and you hold yourself to a standard most workshops wouldn't even attempt. You work with your hands, by eye, and by feel. You don't cut corners because cutting corners offends you.

You'll work directly alongside our Founder Tom and our senior fabricators, who will be hands-on in pushing your craft further.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' TIG welding experience in the Motorsport industry
  • Fabrication entirely by hand - we don't use machines to cover for poor technique
  • Ability to work to exceptionally tight tolerances, consistently
  • An almost obsessive attention to detail and genuine pride in the finish
  • Confidence with a wide range of hand tools and equipment
