Level 4 Social Worker Special Assessment - Trowbridge, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Salary: 44,980 - 47,345 per annum (Inclusive of 5% market supplement)

Hours per week: 37 hours

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated Specialist Assessment, Intervention and Family Time Team (SAIFT) on a 24 month fixed term contract.

Your role would be to undertake parenting assessments, specifically reunification assessments to consider the possibility of children we care for, returning to their family network.

As a Social Worker within SAIFT, you would be allocated a number of assessments however you would not case hold and as such, are afforded the ability to fully focus on your assessments. The nature of the role means that although you will have ample work, you are afforded autonomy and flexibility in terms of your workload which helps to promote a positive work/life balance.

This position comes with a 5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
