Manager of Mental Health & Addiction Services
Location: Omagh CWS
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £36,490.17 - £42,925.61

We are now seeking a Manager of Mental Health & Addiction Services to lead and develop high-quality, recovery-focused services that make a real and lasting difference.
This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective and person-centred delivery of services, while driving innovation, performance and positive outcomes for the people we support.
About the Role
As Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for a portfolio of Mental Health & Addiction Services. You will provide strong leadership and direction to teams, ensuring services are compliant, effective and aligned with Inspire's values.
You will play an important role in shaping service delivery, supporting staff, building relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing development and growth of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and operational oversight across Mental Health & Addiction Services
- Support the strategic development and delivery of services in line with organisational objectives
- Ensure services meet statutory, regulatory and governance requirements
- Monitor service performance, outcomes and quality standards, driving continuous improvement
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing, budgets and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partner agencies and funders
- Support business development opportunities and service expansion
- Lead, support and develop staff, promoting a high-performance and values-led culture
