Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit leader to spearhead the onboarding of KPMG member firms within the EMA region to KDN Audit, cultivate strong KPMG member firm relationships, identify growth opportunities, monitor and report on adoption rates, and serve as the primary point of contact for accessing KDN Audit capabilities, expertise, and service delivery. This role will require experience of leading and overseeing a team to ensure successful project delivery. This role will be instrumental in the success of the KDN Audit program, contributing to the establishment of a globally inter-operable network of Global Delivery Centres (GDCs). The role will be at either Director or Partner level, depending on the successful candidate's existing job level.

How you will make your mark

 • Onboarding process, manage the engagement of KDN Audit resources

• Collaborate with country KDN Champions to expand service adoption, gather demand capacity requirements and work with the GDC Leads to ensure capacity

• Proactively advise KPMG member firms on how KDN Audit can support their business needs

• Respond to KPMG member firm requests and coordinate KDN team member engagement

• Identify KPMG member firm requirements and needs suitable for KDN Audit support

• Collaborate with Service and Solution Leads, GDC Leads, and Solution Onboarding Leads to expand KDN Audit services

• Lead and oversee teams to ensure the successful implementation and support of KDN Audit within the EMA region

• Align with Audit Regional Leadership on local initiatives and challenges

• Monitor KDN Audit service adoption across the EMA region, analyze adoption data to develop improvement initiatives

• Report adoption levels and onboarding project progress to KDN Audit Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for EMA KPMG member firms seeking access to KDN Audit capabilities, specialist knowledge, and service delivery

• Resolve service delivery issues

This is the job for you if you have

 • Accounting-related degree and/or professional qualification from a recognized accountancy body

• Experience in Audit Quality Management, Internal Audit, IT Audit, ISO 27001, and/or significant experience leading and providing financial statement audit services or similar assurance services

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in teams

• Familiarity with global service delivery models and experience managing delivery center Risk Management and Quality is preferred

• Experience developing positive client relationships and project proposals

• Exemplary written and oral communication skills, including with senior executives, fluency in English is required

• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities

• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules 

• The ability to travel internationally as required
