Role:?Part Time, Padel Assistant / Reception Contract:?Permanent,MonFri 09:00am10:00pm,varied hours, including dayandevening Located:?LetsGo Padel,HolywoodRoad, Belfast Salary:?£7.5512.21per hour Job Overview Providing exceptional customer service experience to all members,non-membersand guests of the facility. Front facing position,assistingwith new enrolments new and members queries. Greeting members and users as they come through the reception area. Checking in members and verifying memberships as well as assigning courts and checking reservations and payments. Helping organise and providing information on coaching lessons,courtsand event availability. Handling questions about cancellation of membership or court reservations. You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis, including day, evenings and weekends. Duties Greet andassistguests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure facilities, including cleaningandsettingsafety standards. Providing information to both members and usersregardingupcoming events,lessonsand availability. Handle customer inquiries. Explain, if necessary, the rules of Padel. Assistmembers in booking Padel court reservations. Maintain an organized reservation system and schedule. Ensuretimelycheck-ins and check-outs for court usage. Assistin processing new membership applications. Provide support for membership renewals and inquiries. Maintainaccuratemembership records. Handle basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing. Manage cash transactions and accuratelymaintainfinancial records. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. May be requested by the management team to help with creating engaging social media content to generate further awareness of what Padel has to offer! Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they areclean andin excellent working condition. Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the courts. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to theappropriate personnel.Assistin ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. Ensuring all equipment is returned and stored correctly. Reporting any breakages or damages to management as soon as possible, asadditionalfees to players, users or members may berequired. Assistingin stock takes of court/ padel equipment. Organise activities and events, ensuring all necessary preparations are made for successful execution. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge of Padel rules, strategies, and techniques would be an advantage. Previousexperience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Basic computer skills for reservation and administrative tasks. Previousexperience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Strong communicationskills with the ability to engage positively with guests and players of all backgrounds and ages. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays asrequired. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Patience,enthusiasmand a positive attitude.
