QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Commercial Fit-Out & Hospitality Projects)

This growing construction consultancy delivers high-quality hospitality, retail, and commercial fit-out projects across the UK. About the Role
Reporting directly into senior leadership, this role will lead the Quantity Surveying function across multiple live projects. You'll be responsible for cost planning, estimating, tender management, reporting, procurement, and commercial control, ensuring projects remain financially accurate and commercially successful from start to finish.
This position offers far more than traditional quantity surveying. You'll play a visible role in developing internal systems, improving reporting processes, influencing procurement strategies, and helping establish best-in-class commercial practices across the business.
The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a growing environment, and wants genuine influence over how projects are delivered commercially.
