David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking a Resource Planning and Real Time Manager to lead forecasting, scheduling and real-time control across our multichannel Member Support operation from Hatfield Head Office with occasional travel to hubs.
You will analyse performance against service-level targets, identify trends and variances, and drive actions to balance member service, colleague experience, operational efficiency and cost. Strong Excel skills and experience with Puzzel/Power BI are essential.
