Registered Manager (Fixed-Term - 6/7 Months) Location: Denbigh Salary: £49,140 per annum (dependent on qualification) Pro rata 40 hours per week Start Date: March 2026

We're looking for a Registered Manager to join a friendly and dedicated service in Denbigh on a fixed-term contract (6-7 months) to cover maternity leave. You'll be leading a service supporting adults with enduring mental health needs and co-occurring physical health needs. Your leadership will directly shape the quality of life for the people we support and the culture of the team around you.
This is your opportunity to: ·Lead and develop a dedicated team of nurses and support workers ·Drive high standards in person-centred care planning and risk assessment ·Ensure compliance with RISCA regulations ·Oversee medication management systems and clinical governance ·Champion staff wellbeing, culture, and performance ·Take responsibility for the daily management and smooth operation of the home ·Participate in an on-call system ·Maintain excellence in both care delivery and the service environment

- A natural leader who can work independently and prioritise effectively
- Calm, positive, and solution-focused under pressure
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding vulnerable adults and young people
- Flexible to cover days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and absence as needed
- Qualified with a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management & Leadership (or equivalent Registered Manager Award) - essential
- Nursing qualification advantageous but not essential
