If so, we would love to hear from you if you are a seasoned and experienced Ofsted Registered Home Manager, with particular experience in supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and innovative manager to create and maintain a child-centred therapeutic home in a new 4-bed property in Southampton.
We have a well-resourced in-house Positive Behavioural Support team who will work with you and your team, to deliver therapeutic care to get the best outcomes for the young people.

The role requires

  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential Care or equivalent
  • Solid experience of working with young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that can challenge
  • A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Current registered manager experience with a track record of achieving 'good' at inspection

Pay: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
