Are you looking for a flexible role that fits around your life? We are seeking Relief Support Workers to cover shifts in our lovely residential service at 85, Park Road, Accrington. This role offers an hourly rate of 13.00.
You will provide essential care to about 5 service users who are deafblind. Epilepsy training is required.
We are looking for someone who is:- Confident and resilient
- Comfortable with lone working
- Able to support non-verbal individuals in their home and in the community
- Flexible and available to cover a variety of shifts
- A full manual UK licence holder (desirable)
This role might include supporting people with:- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
- Personal care and hygiene
- Finances and medication
- Going into the community for shopping or other trips
- Their social life and nightlife
