We are now seeking an ambitious, customer centred Rental Advisor to join our fantastic Rental division (SVRgo) Salary £28,000 -£30,000 depending on experience with the opportunity to earn monthly bonus Location: Newry Premises Hours of work: Monday -Friday 8.30am-5.30pm & alternate Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm The Role The purpose of the Rental Advisor is to provide support to the Rental Manager and team. Delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction is paramount to this role. The role will involve meeting and greeting Rental customers face to face and offering advice on the appropriate services. Answering telephone / online queries promptly and politely is a large part of the role. The role will involve handling visa transactions, arranging insurance cover and completing rental paperwork accurately for both customers and the internal accounts department. Business generation will form part of the role therefore the post holder will be required to conduct prospecting telephone calls and convert enquiries into bookings. The role may also require on occasions assisting the driving team to deliver and collect customers and / or vehicles in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have a full valid driving licence, proven customer advisory and administrative experience preferably in a similar role within the motor or logistic industry. They will have the ability to process information accurately and efficiency. Computer literacy is essential including a working knowledge of Microsoft packages. It is essential the successful candidate has excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Working as part of a team, being flexible and able to work overtime on occasions along with having a customer focused approach are necessary to be successful in this role.
