Job Description
As the Sales Data Operations Lead for our Growth Markets sales team, you will deliver automated, actionable insights to drive customer management and sales activity across our SME sales teams. Reporting into Head of Sales Operations, you will combine data from multiple sources using our proprietary data governance and management software and third-party tools.
You will build, product-by-product, a framework that allows the ingestion of product usage data combined with client sales data and data from other sources. and then create insight and triggers that you will convert to workflows to deliver increased account retention and upsell performance across our Growth Markets customer base.
