Sales Engineer Electrical Engineering / Capital Equipment Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus A market-leading manufacturer of specialist electrical test equipment is seeking a Sales Engineer to support business growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electrical engineering background, a passion for technical problem-solving, and the drive to build lasting customer relationships. Youll act as the go-to person for customer enquiries, developing tailored technical solutions and supporting the wider sales team with quotes, product knowledge, and service excellence.

This role includes occasional travel up to 20% of the timeto meet customers, attend site visits and support key sales initiatives. What Youll Be DoingHandle customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion

Generate technical quotations and support external sales efforts

Build relationships with key customers and internal teams

Manage sales processes and ensure high customer satisfaction

Leverage SAP and CRM systems to manage accounts and workflows

Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and deliver technical solutions

Travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites or sales meetings What Were Looking ForBackground in Electrical Engineering (Degree or equivalent experience)24 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience using SAP or CRM systems is a plus
