The Role:
We are looking for Senior Civil Engineers to join our growing Development Infrastructure team in either our London Fitzrovia or Wimbledon offices.
You will have 8–15 years' experience delivering building drainage, roads, earthworks and utilities infrastructure projects (with at least 1–2 years in the UK) and be confident running projects independently from concept through to delivery.
This role will focus on master planning and enabling works projects across a broad range of sectors, including regeneration, infrastructure, education, health, industrial, aviation and recreational developments. You will play a key role in developing development infrastructure and civil engineering masterplans for planning submissions and delivering enabling works and site-wide and plot-level infrastructure solutions.
You will be responsible for undertaking Roads, Drainage, Earthworks design utilities diversions / spacial planning and Flood Risk Assessments, to include surface and foul water drainage strategies and detailed design, and sustainable urban drainage solutions (including blue/green roofs, attenuation basins, rainwater harvesting and swales) for plot, public realm and site-wide developments. All work will be delivered in line with local planning policy, relevant guidelines, DMRB, Building Regulations Part H, and Sewers for Adoption.
