What You Will Do
The Customer Development Team are responsible for partnering with our retail, pharmacy, eCommerce and wholesale customers, in order to deliver Kenvue’s strategies and initiatives to profitably grow.
Join Kenvue as a Senior Customer Development Manager (SCDM) for Emerging Channels and Markets and be at the forefront of our eCommerce evolution. In this dynamic role, you will act as a vital liaison between our external customers and internal decision-makers, driving the implementation of innovative strategies and action plans designed to propel Kenvue to new heights in the competitive landscape.
Your primary focus will be on harnessing the potential of the Social Commerce channel and other thriving marketplaces, including Amazon Expansion Markets (AEM) such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Ireland. You will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to these fast-paced, high-growth areas, ensuring that Kenvue remains agile and responsive to market demands.
In addition to executing key strategies, you will contribute to enhancing the eCommerce literacy across our organization, empowering teams with the knowledge and tools needed to capitalize on emerging business growth opportunities.
