French-Speaking Senior Legal Secretary (English & French Fluent)

I'm working with a leading international law firm that's looking to hire a French-speaking Senior Legal Secretary to join its highly regarded Private Equity team in London.

Fluency in both French and English (spoken, written and reading) is absolutely essential, as you'll be supporting fee earners across multiple jurisdictions and communicating regularly with French-speaking clients and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA looking to join a prestigious international firm, working within a fast-paced, collaborative team on high-profile cross-border matters.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing complex partner diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
• Drafting, formatting, amending and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Managing busy inboxes and ensuring client communications are dealt with efficiently
• Supporting the billing process alongside the Finance team
• Opening new clients and matters, including conflict checks and engagement letters
• Coordinating complex international travel and detailed itineraries
• Maintaining CRM systems and contact databases
• Managing electronic and paper filing systems
• Time recording and expense management
• Coordinating document production and binding
• Supporting business development activities and internal reporting
• Building strong relationships with partners, clients and colleagues across international offices

What we're looking for:

• Fluent French and English (spoken, written and reading) – essential
• At least 4 years' Legal Secretary/Legal PA experience, supporting partners within a law firm
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, professional approach with exceptional attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
