Reviewing and negotiating data protection and data transfer agreements (including SCCs and TIAs)
Partnering with internal legal teams to support client-facing and internal privacy issues
Supporting the delivery of firm-wide AI related privacy projects, privacy compliance projects, training and templates
Staying close to regulatory and market developments in privacy, cyber and emerging technology
Essential backround:
A qualified privacy lawyer (England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction)
Experience gained in-house or in private practice, ideally within a complex or global environment
