Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

Surrey

£80k–£105k + pension + healthcare

An established main contractor specialising in super prime residential refurbishment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a grand country home in Surrey.

The project involves extensive refurbishment and extension works to the main house and ancillary buildings.

As one of the finest properties in the UK this has the potential to be a career defining project that will elevate your professional profile.

The Role

• Reporting to the Commercial Director
• Overseeing all commercial aspects of the project from procurement to final account
• Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
• Working closely with the project delivery team to maintain cost control and ensure best value

Requirements

• Experience with high end residential projects (ideally £20m+)
• Strong understanding of 2-stage tender processes
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Location & Package

• 3–4 days per week on site in Surrey
• Salary: £90k–£110k + pension + healthcare
