This is a fast-growing brand in the wellness space that already has an international following. They're looking for someone to take ownership of TikTok Shop and turn it into a meaningful source of customer acquisition, sales and growth.
Not "help out with social commerce".
Not "support the ecommerce team".
Own it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how TikTok Shop actually works. Someone who knows the difference between posting content and driving commerce. Someone who gets excited by conversion rates, creator performance, bundles, offers and the beautiful chaos that comes with a platform that changes every five minutes.
The opportunity is to build.
What you'll be doing
Experience with TikTok Shop is non-negotiable.
If you've never managed TikTok Shop, this won't be the right role.
We're looking for someone who has already been in the trenches. Someone who understands Seller Centre, creator-led commerce, affiliate activity, trading calendars, promotions, product performance and the realities of building revenue through the platform.
Experience with any of the following would be a significant advantage too:
Experience within a nutrition, wellness or beauty brand would be beneficial, but any kind of consumer brand would be considered.
