We are looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator to manage the Workflow process and Project delivery timelines for the Assembly Group. Raising orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring all parts carry an authentic build structure, bill of material properties and visibility. Providing a clear, unambiguous and achievable routing for each required part and assembly.

Key responsibilities of this position

  • To administrate and manage Assembly Group workflow, engineering job resource (routings) with authentic operational timings, relevant to drawing revision.
  • To monitor and maintain the future load of the Assembly Group area, ensuring the data is true and using as a basis to provide assistance with make vs buy decision, where necessary
  • To offer group administration ownership of the works order process, from creation through closure. Noting the bill of materials content, shortage and event requirement satisfaction, managing component tracking attributes.
  • Ownership of works order process (new/rework), managing challenging delivery schedules, operation achievement and event availability.
  • Review current project status vs. planned. Ensuring that milestones are understood, and escalated when off-plan
  • To liaise with the Manufacturing Groups/Production controllers when department capacity is reached to advise on potential rescheduling of projects, avoiding any delay to the implantation and acceptance of projects through the Assembly Group area.

Key experience for this position

  • You must have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of complex BoM structures and parts management.
  • Epicor business system knowledge would be a benefit
  • Experience of manufacturing processes is essential.
