Customer advisor - HYBRID

STEM Recruitment solutions are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service - Returns Specialist to join a growing team in this newly created role. Youll play an important part in managing customer returns and failed deliveries, helping things run smoothly for both the business and its customers. What youll do: Manage the returns email inbox and review customer return requests (RMAs) Investigate returns carefully to decide the right next steps Create RMAs and replacement orders where needed

Keep records updated for returns and failed deliveries Work closely with customers and delivery partners to solve any issues Join daily calls with logistics partners Help improve the returns process to make things better for customers and reduce costs Support with basic reporting and other tasks as needed What were looking for: Customer service experience is a must

Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with systems and handling details Able to work well both alone and with a team Bonus if youve used ERP systems before, but its not required. This role offers a Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
