The University Language Academy is looking for an experienced ESOL practitioner to join its team of language professionals. The post holder will coordinate the delivery of the universitys Online and Face to Face Pre-Sessional programmes which attract 40-60 students to the university each year.
Working with an established curriculum and together with our experienced admin you will coordinate a small team of EAP tutors (many returning staff). There are three intakes offered, 10 and 6 week online programmes as well as a six week face to face programme.
Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.

About you:
You will be a qualified and experienced EAP Professional. Experience of teaching on Pre-Sessional programmes is expected. The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant area, a PhD in a relevant area or willingness to undertake a PhD and hold a MATESOL/Applied Linguistics and CELTA, CertTESOL or equivalent. Candidates will have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills with a view to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
