We're looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to shape and deliver the digital capabilities that enable Human Factors engineering across the product lifecycle with a leading engineering client of ours.
You'll own the roadmap, delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of digital engineering tools and platforms supporting areas such as human-machine interface (HMI), cockpit and crew station design, human performance, usability, simulation and digital engineering.
Working across engineering, digital and supplier teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, drive adoption, and ensure seamless integration with wider engineering toolchains and data environments.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap, backlog and delivery of Human Factors digital capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital engineering solutions.
- Drive integration across engineering tools, data and digital thread environments.
- Engage stakeholders to shape priorities and maximise business value.
- Manage suppliers, technology partners and continuous product improvement.
- Champion innovation, governance and best practice across the capability.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Human Factors or a related technical discipline.
- Significant experience delivering digital engineering capabilities within aerospace, defence or another regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of Human Factors engineering and digital engineering principles.
- Experience leading complex product or technology delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and supplier management skills.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate security clearance.
