Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for Support Workers to join our small, welcoming service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. We have both full-time (37.5 hours)and part-time (20 hours) permanent contracts available at 13.00 per hour, on a rolling two-week rota including weekends and bank holidays.
Lilac Grove is home to 3 residents with complex needs, and we're proud to support them to live the lives they choose. With the beautiful Wiltshire countryside on our doorstep, there's always something to enjoy; from swimming and wall climbing to day trips, holidays, and lunch at local cafs and pubs.
Communication is at the heart of what we do here. You'll need to be open to learning different communication methods to build meaningful connections with the people you support. No two days are the same.
