Key Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing representative, building strong relationships and identifying future opportunities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating all engineering inputs and ensuring successful delivery.
• Define project briefs, manage workloads, and take ownership of project outcomes and profitability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to skills growth and team development.
• Review work produced by team members and ensure high-quality output at all stages.
• Assist with bid preparation and promote the wider capabilities of the business.
• Monitor expenditure, risk, and resources across projects.

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer delivering complex building services projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
