To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. Proactive Client Business Development, using your knowledge of the market to create news relationships alongside maintaining key relationship already established. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. The Person: 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment. Degree in a Construction related discipline. Chartered APM / CIOB / RICS.
