Location: UK & Ireland (mainly remote with occasional office visits and travel for client meetings) Sector: Consultancy Salary: Up to £120,000 bonus Overview: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Lead to join an established consultancy firm with a global presence. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strategic relationships and driving business growth. A strong network within the utilities or water industry is essential for this role. Previous experience within a consultancy environment as a Project Manager is also preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the utilities and water sectors. Present consultancy services effectively and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to securing long-term partnerships. Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Produce and manage accurate business forecasts aligned with company objectives. Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy across the UK and Ireland. About You: Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Strong network within the utilities or water industry is essential. Previous experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
