Your new role
As a Part-Time Production Team Leader, you will support the launch of a new production line and increased volumes at a busy manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of operators across weekend shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality running of production is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, maintaining quality standards and fostering a positive, engaged team culture.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing advantageous)Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of production processes and operational performance
Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement techniques
Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret production data
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
