Technical Delivery Manager - Software & Cloud Projects

We're working with a leading global IT & transformation services firm, delivering critical software and infrastructure solutions to national infrastructure and enterprise clients. They're hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to lead high-value software, applications, and cloud migration projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
This is a client-facing leadership role ideal for someone who's delivered complex Agile programmes, worked closely with technical stakeholders, and managed multiple delivery workstreams. You'll drive delivery excellence, manage programme risk, and play a central role in shaping modern digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of software/application and cloud migration projects
• Manage Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), budgets, timelines, and governance
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams
• Lead risk planning, change control, and cross-functional coordination
• Support team development, performance, and stakeholder alignment
Essential Skills & Experience
• 6+ years in software/digital delivery leadership roles
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge (Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with cloud transformation/migration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Confident managing C-suite stakeholders and project governance
• Strong people management and team leadership background
Desirable
• Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF
• Exposure to DevOps or hybrid/cloud infrastructure environments
