Cairnmartin Court is a modern, welcoming care home offering specialised Residential and Nursing Dementia care across 62 comfortable rooms. Conveniently located just 13 minutes from Belfast city centre in west Belfast, our home is close to shops, amenities, and public transport links.
Our dedicated, trained team provides compassionate, person-centred care 24 hours a day, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported. At Cairnmartin, we create a warm, homely atmosphere a place filled with smiles, laughter, and genuine connections. We take the time to get to know each resident personally, placing their needs and preferences at the heart of all we do.

The Role
You will pride yourself on providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity, and staff feel valued and supported. As part of our frontline team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Home, assisting with activities of daily living ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents. As a Care Assistant, you will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a sense of compassion; an advocacy for the rights and preferences of our residents.
